About Us:

Express Employment Professionals helps people find work and helps businesses find great employees. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Bilingual Front Office Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for applicants, associates, clients, and visitors.

Position Summary:

The Bilingual Front Office Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting recruiting, onboarding, and office operations. This individual will communicate fluently in both English and Spanish, assist job seekers through the hiring process, and ensure a positive experience for everyone who interacts with our office.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist applicants, associates, clients, and visitors in a professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in English and Spanish.
Conduct initial applicant screenings and schedule interviews.
Assist candidates with applications, onboarding documents, and employment paperwork.
Verify and collect proof of eligibility to work in the United States as required by federal guidelines.
Maintain accurate candidate and associate records in company systems.
Support recruiters by sourcing candidates and contacting applicants for available positions.
Manage front desk operations, office supplies, and administrative tasks.
Follow up with associates regarding assignments, attendance, and employment status.
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications:

Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Previous customer service, receptionist, administrative, front desk, or staffing experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Preferred Skills:

Recruiting or staffing industry experience.
Experience with applicant tracking systems or CRM software.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to build rapport with diverse applicants and clients.
