Position Summary
The Junior Scheduler supports development and maintenance of the master construction schedule for a data center project under the direction of the senior scheduler, updating activities, tracking progress, and assisting with look-ahead schedule preparation. This role provides hands-on experience with CPM scheduling on a large, multi-trade construction project.
This is a field-based position supporting construction projects in North Louisiana, Virginia, and Corpus Christi, Texas. Project assignments and reporting locations will vary based on operational needs. Travel and/or temporary relocation may be required.
Essential Responsibilities

Update the master schedule in Primavera P6 with actual progress reported by the superintendent and subcontractors.
- Assist with preparation of three-week look-ahead schedules for distribution to field trades.
- Track subcontractor schedule submissions and compare planned versus actual progress.
- Support the senior scheduler in fragnet development for change order and time impact analysis requests.
- Maintain schedule files, historical baselines, and update logs.
- Attend weekly progress meetings and record schedule-related action items.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in construction scheduling or a related project controls role.
- Working knowledge of Primavera P6 or similar CPM scheduling software.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior exposure to a data center or other mission-critical construction project.
- Familiarity with commissioning sequencing and MEP system turnover milestones.
- Coursework or training in construction scheduling.
Work Environment
Primarily office-based within an on-site field office, with occasional site walks to verify field progress against the schedule.
