Wellness Nurse Injector & Front Desk Coordinator

Are you a compassionate, energetic nurse who enjoys both patient care and creating an outstanding client experience?

We are looking for a motivated and highly organized Wellness Nurse Injector and Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing wellness clinic. This unique role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys hands-on clinical work, building relationships with clients, and helping manage the daily flow of a busy practice.

Our clinic specializes in hormone treatments, laboratory services, IV therapy, aesthetic treatments , laser therapy and medical weight-loss injections. We offer a fast-paced, friendly, and supportive environment with opportunities to expand your knowledge and grow professionally.

What You’ll DoClinical Care

Administer prescribed medical weight-loss injections according to provider orders and clinic protocols
Provide IV therapy within your training, license, and scope of practice
Perform blood draws and properly collect, label, process, and prepare laboratory specimens
Assist with hormone-treatment services as directed by the provider
Educate clients about procedures, treatment plans, post-care instructions, and general wellness
Monitor clients during and after treatments and promptly report any concerns
Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation
Prepare and maintain clean, organized treatment rooms
Monitor medication, laboratory, IV, and injection supplies
Consistently follow safety protocols, infection-control standards, confidentiality policies, and regulatory requirements

Front Desk Management

Oversee daily front-desk operations and coordinate smooth client flow
Greet every client with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client questions
Make cold calls, follow-up calls, appointment reminders, and client outreach calls
Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and coordinate appointments for clients and providers
Maintain accurate provider calendars and prevent scheduling conflicts
Check clients in and out and collect payments
Maintain accurate client records and contact information
Coordinate communication among clients, providers, laboratories, and clinic staff
Help minimize wait times and ensure an excellent client experience
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming

Who We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate is:

A nurse with an active, unrestricted license appropriate for the position
Qualified to administer injections and provide clinical services under applicable laws and provider orders
Experienced with IV therapy, blood draws, or specimen collection—or eager and eligible to receive additional training
Friendly, energetic, enthusiastic, and confident
Professional and compassionate when working with clients
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable balancing clinical care with front-desk responsibilities
Confident answering phones and making cold, follow-up, and patient-outreach calls
Dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and committed to teamwork
Comfortable using computers, phones, scheduling systems, and office software
Interested in hormone health, IV therapy, medical weight loss, laboratory services, and overall wellness

Previous experience in wellness, medical weight loss, IV therapy, injections, phlebotomy, patient coordination, or medical-office operations is preferred.

Position Details

Position: Full-time
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
