Administrative Assistant – Timberline Tax Group

Timberline Tax Group is a trusted firm providing expert representation to businesses and individuals managing IRS or State tax debt. We’re looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our professional and supportive team. No prior tax resolution experience? No worries – we offer full training to the right candidate.

If you’re seeking a positive work environment that encourages personal growth and career advancement, Timberline could be your perfect fit.

Responsibilities:

Support Enrolled Agents in resolving client cases.
Draft professional correspondence to clients and taxing agencies.
Communicate with clients regarding information needed and case status.
Communicate with IRS and State agencies to gather and submit information.

Qualifications:

No previous experience in tax resolution required.
College degree strongly preferred.
Bookkeeping experience would be an asset, but not required.
Ability to type a minimum of 50 WPM.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
A client-first mindset and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
