About Us

Covenant Millwork builds custom millwork, cabinetry, and hardwood flooring — and we've been doing it well for nearly 20 years. We have a strong reputation in the region because we hold ourselves to a high standard and we don't cut corners. That applies to our craft and to how we run the business.

We're looking for a bookkeeper who works the same way: methodical, accurate, and genuinely invested in getting it right — not just getting it done.

What You'll Do

Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
Process payroll
Maintain accurate financial records and reporting
Support month-end close and financial review processes

What We're Looking For

Required:

3–5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, ideally supporting a business in the $5–10M revenue range
Demonstrated hands-on experience with receivables, payables, and payroll — this is the job, not a nice-to-have
Someone who takes ownership of their work, digs into discrepancies rather than leaving them for later, and looks for better ways to do things without being asked
A person who wants to understand the business, not just process the transactions

Preferred:

Familiarity with inventory and cost accounting
Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
