Do you love working with young children and have a passion for teaching, coaching, and leadership? Spark Athletics is seeking an energetic, organized, and enthusiastic Preschool Gymnastics Director to lead and grow our preschool program for children ages 2-5.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children, developing staff, creating engaging lesson plans, and building a program that helps young athletes develop confidence, coordination, and a love for movement.
The Preschool Gymnastics Director will play a key leadership role in one of the fastest-growing programs at Spark Athletics.
What You'll DoProgram Leadership
- Oversee all preschool gymnastics classes and curriculum
- Create age-appropriate lesson plans and skill progressions
- Ensure classes are fun, educational, and developmentally appropriate
- Maintain high-quality instruction standards across all preschool programs
Staff Development
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate preschool instructors
- Lead staff meetings and training sessions
- Provide coaching and feedback to instructors
- Create a positive and supportive team culture
Parent & Customer Relations
- Build strong relationships with families
- Communicate athlete progress and program updates
- Address parent questions and concerns professionally
- Help create a welcoming environment for all families
Program Growth
- Increase preschool enrollment through exceptional customer experiences
- Assist with marketing events, open houses, and community outreach
- Develop special events, camps, clinics, and parent-child programs
- Track enrollment and retention goals
Administrative Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling classes and instructors
- Maintain attendance records and class rosters
- Monitor equipment and safety standards
- Collaborate with ownership on program improvements and growth strategies
QualificationsRequired:
- Passion for working with children ages 2-5
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities
- Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
- Dependable and highly organized
Preferred:
- Experience in gymnastics, cheerleading, dance, early childhood education, or youth sports
- Experience teaching preschool-aged children
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
- Degree or coursework in Education, Early Childhood Development, Child Psychology, Recreation, Exercise Science, or related field
