We specialize in commercial, industrial, institutional, and specialty construction projects, delivering quality craftsmanship through innovative design and construction solutions.

As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Draftsman / Architectural Designer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys seeing their designs become reality while working alongside experienced construction professionals from concept through completion.

What You’ll Do

Produce accurate architectural and construction drawings using AutoCAD.
Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and construction documents.
Work closely with project managers, estimators, architects, engineers, and field personnel to transform ideas into buildable plans.
Revise drawings as projects evolve through design and construction.
Assist with permitting and code-related documentation when required.
Maintain organized drawing files and project documentation.
Ensure all drawings comply with applicable building codes, industry standards, and project specifications.

What We’re Looking For

Proficiency in AutoCAD (required).
Strong understanding of construction documents and drafting principles.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Positive attitude and commitment to producing quality work.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
Experience in commercial construction, design-build, or architectural drafting.
Knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and applicable building codes.
Experience with additional CAD or BIM software is a plus.
