All Dry Services is looking for an outside sales professional to build a network of referral partners and commercial relationships throughout the Louisville market.

You'll meet the people who regularly encounter property emergencies—property managers, insurance professionals, plumbers, contractors, facility managers, and business owners—and develop relationships that position All Dry as the company they trust when something goes wrong.

You're not trying to sell them something every time you walk through the door.

You're building a reason for them to call you when the opportunity arrives.

Why This Sales Model Is Different

A traditional salesperson constantly needs the next customer.

In this role, your goal is to build relationships with people who can become repeat sources of business.

Consider the difference:

A property manager may oversee dozens of buildings.

A plumber encounters water emergencies throughout the year.

An insurance professional works with hundreds of property owners.

A facility manager may be responsible for an entire portfolio of properties.

Build enough of the right relationships and your network begins working for you.

Your Market

You'll represent All Dry throughout the greater Louisville area.

Your target relationships will include:

Property Managers
Facility Managers
Insurance Agents & Adjusters
Plumbers
HVAC Contractors
Commercial Property Professionals
Contractors
Business Owners
Other Local Referral Partners

You'll prospect for new relationships while developing the ones you've already opened.

Over time, the objective is simple:

Become the restoration resource your market thinks of first.

What You'll Actually Do

This is a field-based sales position.

Most weeks you'll be:

Identifying high-value prospects and referral partners
Prospecting for new business
Opening new professional relationships
Conducting face-to-face meetings
Visiting existing referral partners
Networking throughout the Louisville business community
Attending industry and association events
Following up consistently with prospects and partners
Managing contacts, activity, and opportunities through CRM
Working with operations when opportunities become active projects
Building a growing pipeline of referral and commercial business

You'll have professional sales training and company support behind you.

But you'll have ownership of what matters most:

Creating the activity and building the relationships.

During your first 6–12 months, you'll be building the foundation of your territory.

That means:

Consistent meetings with qualified prospects
A growing network of referral partners
Strong visibility throughout Louisville
