Boombozz Pizza and Watchbar is currently hiring a full-time Restaurant ManagerPosition Overview
Responsible for leading daily operations, driving financial performance, upholding brand standards, and developing a high-performing team. This position requires active floor leadership, coaching, ownership of the guest experience, communication skills, teamplayer mentality, multitasking, financial accoumtability, and growth driven,

DAY-TO-DAY OF A RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER

In this position, you are an integral member of our team! Each day, you build guest loyalty, serve award winning food, get to lead and build a team. Additionally, you will have P&L responsibilities for the restaurant, and promote our brand throughout our local community. As an experienced leader in the industry the responibilities are many from training, to cleanlines, scheduling, and ensuring policies and procedures are being upheld. Your organizational skills and management experience serves you well as you succeed in this rewarding role!

ABOUT BOOMBOZZ PIZZA AND WATCHBAR

Since our company started in 1998, we've had only two goals: to make the best pizzas we possibly can and to always do right by our Guest. Our name, "Boombozz", comes from Italian slang and means wild, crazy, fun, completely encompassing the essence of our restaurant. WORK SCHEDULE OF A RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER

This full-time food service position requires full availability, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of hospitality management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
Basic knowledge of profit and loss statements
Strong communication and guest service skills
Exceptional leadership skills
Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a team
