Full Job Description

Steele Blades Inc is a full service lawn and landscaping company also specializing in inground pool installations and outdoor living. We are looking for a full charge bookkeeper to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. Previous experience as a full charge bookkeeper or office manager is necessary. A successful bookkeeper must have experience with a variety of office software (Quickbooks, Excel, email tools, spreadsheets and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties. Ultimately, the bookkeeper should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.

Responsibilities

Operational accounting
Budgeting
Prepare reports weekly for managers.
Prepare financial reports monthly.
Manage accounts receivables and payables.
Monthly invoicing.
Perform month end closing and journal entries.
Reconcile Quickbooks to ERP system.
Building reports in ERP system.

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office - Excel is a must
Experienced in QuickBooks
Data analysis

Education

High School degree; additional qualifications as a Bookkeeper preferred, but must have 3+ years experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
