Billing Support Specialist

About the Role

As a Billing Support Specialist, you will support the company’s billing and accounts receivable operations by assisting customers, processing payments, resolving billing issues, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely invoicing and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer billing inquiries by phone and email.

* Process and record customer payments.

* Generate invoices and update customer accounts.

* Resolve billing discrepancies and account issues.

* Monitor outstanding balances and assist with collections.

* Maintain accurate billing records.

* Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

* 3–5 years of customer service, billing, or accounts receivable experience.

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.

* Experience with billing or accounting software is preferred.

Work Schedule

* Full-time, remote.

* Monday–Friday.

* Availability during Pacific (PST) or Mountain (MST) business hours is preferred.

Compensation

$55,000–$65,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Location

This is a 100% remote position available to candidates residing in the following states:

AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, ID, IA, IN, KS, KY, MO, MI, MN, NC, NM, OK, OH, OR, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, and WY.

Applicants must reside in one of the listed states to be considered.
