Perpetual Title is seeking a personable, organized, and technology-comfortable Client Services Coordinator to join our growing Louisville team. You do not need previous title experience - we are prepared to teach the right person.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, learns new systems quickly, and wants to build a career in the title insurance and real estate industry. In this role, you will be an important point of contact for clients while also supporting the day-to-day flow of title and escrow operations.

You’ll gain hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of a real estate closing, including order entry, scheduling, client communication, escrow support, and post-closing processes.

What You’ll Do

Enter new title orders and maintain complete, accurate file information
Schedule closings and coordinate appointments with clients and transaction partners
Monitor shared email communications and ensure inquiries are handled promptly
Answer incoming calls, gather relevant information, and direct inquiries appropriately
Welcome clients and visitors with a warm, professional approach
Assist the escrow team with client communications, documents, and administrative needs
Use company software and digital tools to track orders, appointments, and workflow
Help maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming office
Support client-outreach and marketing initiatives as needed
Learn and assist with additional title and escrow functions as your knowledge and experience grow

What We’re Looking For

A genuine customer-service mindset and professional communication style
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to entering information accurately
Comfort learning new software, navigating multiple systems, and working with browser-based applications
Experience managing email, calendars, documents, and other everyday office technology
Ability to organize multiple priorities in a deadline-driven professional environment
Sound judgment and the ability to recognize when a question should be escalated
Dependability, initiative, and a willingness to learn
A collaborative attitude and willingness to assist where needed

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, administration, banking, hospitality, a medical or legal office, real estate, or another professional client-facing environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
Experience in title insurance, mortgage lending, banking, legal services, or real estate is helpful but not required
