Full Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to help grow awareness, engagement, and lead generation for our consumer and industrial fluid filtration products. This role will manage digital content across email and social channels, support marketing communications, and help develop technical sales materials that clearly communicate product value to our customers.Full-time and part-time candidates are both acceptable.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage email blast campaigns, including content development, formatting, scheduling, and performance tracking.
Develop and publish social media posts across relevant platforms to support brand visibility and customer engagement.
Expand and maintain contact lists through lead generation, list hygiene, and database organization.
Create product catalogs, sell sheets, and related marketing collateral.
Craft customer success stories, case studies, and application summaries that highlight product performance and value.
Develop industry-specific product application brochures for target markets and use cases.
Work closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure technical accuracy and market relevance.
Use AI tools to improve content development, audience targeting, workflow efficiency, and campaign analysis.

Required Qualifications

Two to four years’ experience in B2B marketing, digital communications, or social media management.
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear, compelling, customer-focused messaging.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms, social media scheduling tools, and contact database management.
Ability to organize and manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
Ability to understand and create messaging around industrial products.
Working knowledge of how AI can support marketing tasks such as content drafting, segmentation, research, personalization, and analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, process equipment, or filtration-related industries.
Experience creating catalogs, brochures, case studies, and other sales enablement materials.
Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation, and basic graphic design tools.
Comfort working with engineers and technical subject matter experts.

Digital content planning and execution.
Lead list development and audience growth.
Marketing coordination across teams.
Creative use of AI to accelerate high-quality output while maintaining accuracy and brand consistency.

AI Expectations

The ideal candidate will understand how AI can assist with content brainstorming, first-draft generation, editing, audience segmentation, repurposing content across channels, and improving campaign efficiency. The role also requires good judgment to ensure AI-generated content is accurate, on-brand, and appropriate for technical industrial audiences.

Reporting Relationship

Reports to the company President.

This is a strong opportunity for a creative and technically minded marketer who wants to help a consumer/industrial filtration company expand its reach, improve its messaging, and support growth through effective digital communications.

Compensation is commensurate with skills and experience.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
