About Us
At Front Line, we are a Veteran-Owned company who is leveraging our military experience to develop relevant health and wellness programs for Public Safety organizations that address the three leading causes of death – cardiovascular disease, cancer and suicide. Our mission is to provide a healthcare experience that revolutionizes the health of the individual while becoming a catalyst for meaningful change for Public Safety wellness programs across the nation.
In working at Front Line, you will have the opportunity to create exceptional, meaningful work and problem solve with innovative team members by your side. Our team is made up of doctors, physician assistants, and other specialists with extensive military, occupational, and workers’ compensation experience. Many of our team members are connected to the military or public safety through a family member or served previously. Together, we deliver “Medical Intelligence” to our patients and department leaders through a data-driven, educational, and relational approach that is unheard of in occupational medicine. Armed with data we provide about what ails their force, department leaders know where their liability lies and where they should devote their limited time and resources.
Like our patients, we know what it means to serve and deliver good medicine in bad places, bringing a unique perspective that provides a connection to our patients and department leaders. Front Line has experienced exponential growth and is rolling out nationwide expansion, with markets already established in Texas, Colorado, Georgia, Tennessee, and Pennsylvania. As such, Front Line is a start-up environment where you’ll be expected to roll up your sleeves, take initiative, and get creative about finding innovative, tech-driven solutions to delivering best-in-class healthcare that is both sustainable and scalable.
