Full Job Description

Anticipated start date is August 3rd, 2026

Position Purpose

The Admissions Assistant works under the supervision of the Director of Admissions and is responsible for a wide variety of tasks associated with student enrollment and state reporting requirements.

Job Duties

Upholds CECs beliefs found on the CEC website.
Maintains high degree of confidentiality in accordance with FERPA requirements.
Assists with processing new student enrollment through SchoolMint and OLR.
Provides enrollment assistance, either in person or on the phone, in a professional and timely manner.
Adheres to all admissions, enrollment, and withdrawal procedures and policies.
Assists with state reporting requirements as requested by Director of Admissions.
Assists in maintaining documents, files, and records for audit compliance.
Assists with building transcripts for new incoming students as applicable.
Assists with transcripts requests and school records requests for students.
Assists with answering student/parent questions, updating student records, resetting IC passwords, and other tasks as requested.
Composes documents for the Director of Admissions as requested.
Assists in coordinating the schools graduation ceremony and other events as requested.
Participates in professional development as requested by the Director of Admissions.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
