The Role
We are seeking an experienced Cannabis Trimmer / Cleaner to support our post-harvest operations and facility sanitation standards. This position plays a direct role in protecting flower quality, maintaining GMP compliance, and upholding the Flower Power Botanicals craft standard.
Experience is non-negotiable. Applicants must have prior cannabis trimming and/or cannabis facility sanitation experience.
Primary Responsibilities
Craft Trimming & Post-Harvest Support
- Hand trim cannabis flower to Flower Power Botanicals quality standards
- Remove fan leaves and excess material while preserving trichomes and structure
- Maintain strict batch separation and labeling integrity
- Assist with hanging, moving, and organizing finished plants as directed
- Handle all plant material with care, respect, and attention
Cleaning & Sanitation
- Clean and sanitize trimming rooms, tools, and workstations daily
- Follow all GMP and sanitation SOPs without shortcuts
- Assist with post-harvest room breakdowns and resets
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready workspace at all times
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
- Prior experience trimming cannabis and/or cleaning within a cannabis facility
- Valid MED Badge
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to follow SOPs exactly as written
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work as part of a disciplined, team-focused environment

Physical Requirements
- Repetitive hand movements for extended periods
