Infinity Slopes is an indoor ski and snowboard training facility in Loveland, Colorado. Our revolving indoor slopes allow guests to ski and snowboard year-round in a controlled environment designed for instruction and skill development. We work with skiers and snowboarders of all ages and ability levels, from first-time beginners to experienced riders looking to improve their technique.
We are currently hiring enthusiastic part-time Ski & Snowboard Instructors for the upcoming season.
Schedule & Position Details
Our immediate need is primarily for weekend shifts. As lesson volume increases in September and throughout the winter season, additional evening and weekend hours will become available.
We also offer camps during Thanksgiving and Christmas school breaks, which can provide significantly more hours and the opportunity for a near full-time schedule during those periods.
This is a seasonal position with part-time opportunities continuing through February 2027.
What You'll Do
- Conduct individual and group ski and/or snowboard lessons
- Teach students of different ages and ability levels
- Assess each student's abilities and adapt instruction to encourage safe, progressive learning
- Create a positive, fun and supportive learning environment
- Help students build confidence and skills that transfer to the mountain
- Assist with youth camps and other programming as needed
- Engage with guests and contribute to a positive overall experience
- Maintain high standards for safety and customer service
What We're Looking For
- Strong skiing and/or snowboarding skills
- A genuine enthusiasm for skiing, snowboarding and teaching others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and the ability to work well with both children and adults
- Availability to work weekends and some evenings
- Additional availability during Thanksgiving and Christmas school breaks is preferred
- Good physical condition and stamina, as the position can be physically demanding
- Must be at least 18 years old
Previous teaching or coaching experience is helpful, but we are primarily looking for people who are strong skiers or snowboarders, dependable, personable and excited to help others learn.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 18.0 per week
