Duties

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring all food preparation and presentation meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.
Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth, creativity, and efficiency.
Manage inventory control and food safety protocols to minimize waste and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating innovative dishes while maintaining operational feasibility.
Coordinate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed.
Lead catering events and banquet services, ensuring flawless execution from setup to service.
Monitor shift schedules, manage labor costs, and optimize workflow to maximize productivity during busy periods.

Qualifications

Proven experience in banquet service, fine dining establishments, or high-volume catering environments.
Demonstrated supervising experience with a strong background in team management and leadership.
Extensive culinary experience with expertise in food production, preparation, and presentation.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and inventory management practices.
Skilled in kitchen management, including shift supervision, menu planning, and inventory control.
Experience in the food industry with a focus on hospitality, restaurant management, or catering services.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
