Full Job Description

We are looking for the right candidate for our Receptionist/Accounts Payable role. This is a full time position with a fast growing distribution company. The successful candidate will need to have the following:

Qualifications

- 2 years of Accounts Payable experience is required

- 1 year of Receptionist experience is required

- Quickbooks experience preferred

- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to multitask

- Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure

- Ability to work in a fast paced industry

- Excellent time management skills

- Professional phone etiquette

- Reliable transportation

- Punctuality (Attendance is very important. We need someone we can rely on to be here.)

- Tax experience

- Professional appearance

- Great attitude

- Self motivated

- Detail oriented

- Team player (We are a small team and we value a candidate who understands when one of us wins, we all win. We want you to succeed!)

Job Duties:

- Assist all walk in customers and clients

- Input customer orders (in person and by phone)

- Bill backs

- Vendor reconciliations/ Mail-in checks

- Taxes

- Apply payments

- Sort mail

- Answer phones

- Other duties as assigned
