Full Job Description

Title: Area Manager

Reports to: COO

Job Summary: Leads a designated multi-unit territory of restaurants by creating superior experiences for both our employees and our guests. Responsible for financial growth, talent development and acquisition, operational excellence, as well as implementation/execution of a variety of sales growth strategies.

Basic Qualifications:

5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership
Willingness to work highly variable schedule that would include weekends, nights, and holidays.
Willingness to travel on a regular basis (No overnight travel)

Key Responsibilities and Job Elements:

Support, mentor, and motivate your management teams.
Be receptive to new ideas and contribute profitable ideas for review.
Embrace a clear and passionate vision for their team, focus on being diligent, intentional, self-sufficient and committed to the development of their management team.
Must be results oriented and focused on achieving and exceeding company expectations for product quality, sales growth, employee retention and cleanliness.
Ensure proper staffing at all locations
Achieve financial targets.
Provide a Visible Positive Energy
