As a Practice Care Coordinator, you will:

Own the first impression
Smiles often
Work in a fast paced environment
Answer incoming calls from patients, doctors and other health care facilities in a timely and professional manner.
Greet and assist anyone who enters the clinic
Check patients in and out for their scheduled appointments
Verify patient insurance benefits
Collect and post payments to the patient accounts
Update insurance information and personal data in the patient charts
Follow scheduling guidelines for our clinics both locally and in outlying area
Prepare charts for upcoming appointments
Maintain inventory of office forms and supplies
Work closely with clinicians and other support staff to ensure that our patient’s needs are met
Arrange for package pickup and delivery services
Helping in other areas of the office as needed
