Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth office flow. Your positive attitude, organizational skills, and technical proficiency will help create a friendly, efficient environment for clients, visitors, and team members alike. Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly.
Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mailings, and deliveries.
Maintain organized filing systems and manage document storage with attention to detail.
Support scheduling activities by managing calendars and coordinating appointments for staff and clients.
Perform data entry tasks using productivity software such as spreadsheets, Word processing, and Microsoft Office applications.
Assist with office management duties including supply inventory, basic troubleshooting of office equipment, and maintaining cleanliness of common areas.

Qualifications

Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office environment.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), spreadsheets, and data entry software.
Excellent phone etiquette with experience operating multi-line phone systems.
Bilingual abilities are a plus to support diverse client needs.
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable but not required.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
