This facility is a Level 2/3 inpatient facility providing pediatric services to patients requiring hospital-level care. The facility maintains established clinical protocols and structured on-site resources to support inpatient pediatric evaluations. Clinical operations are designed to ensure continuous care delivery for the pediatric patient population served.

Clinicians on assignment will find diverse leisure and recreational opportunities across the state's varied geography.

About the Clinician's Workday

The pediatric hospitalist will provide inpatient pediatric evaluations on a 24-hour call schedule (7:00 AM - 7:00 AM) at an on-site facility in Texas, with on-site presence required from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM and continued on-site availability as needed beyond those hours. Clinical responsibilities encompass the evaluation and management of inpatient pediatric cases in accordance with the facility's established protocols.

Call Ratio/Schedule: Coverage: coverage for inpatient pediatric evaluations - 24 hour shifts 7A-7A, onsite from 7A-3P and available for onsite covera

Shift Times: 24-hour call shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM; on-site 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM with extended availability beyond 3:00 PM as needed
