Position Overview

Join our dynamic technology integration team as an Administrative Assistant in a role that offers exceptional growth potential and work-life balance. This position is 75% remote with minimal in-office requirements, perfect for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment built on strong core values.

What You'll Do

Administrative Excellence:

General data entry and organizational filing systems
Bookkeeping support and office administration
Schedule management and team coordination

Sales & Customer Support:

Create quotes as directed by sales representatives
CRM data entry and order preparation/tracking
Prepare distributor orders and manage inventory updates
Coordinate client communications

Project Coordination:

Enter project details into CRM systems
Service scheduling and coordination
Time and expense tracking
Support project teams with administrative needs

Growth Opportunity

This role is designed for someone ready to grow with our expanding company. The right candidate will have the opportunity to develop into a senior position, eventually managing and training subordinate staff as we scale.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

3+ years in a professional office environment
Experience supporting individual contributors or teams
Client communication coordination experience
Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Background:

Service industry experience
MS Office proficiency
Familiarity with QuickBooks, HubSpot CRM, or quoting tools
Coffee brewing skills (seriously, it's a plus!)

75% Remote - Work from the comfort of your home
Minimal Office Time - Attend Monday morning all-hands meetings (4 hours/week in office)
