Office Manager

$25+/Hour | Full-Time

What You'll Do

As our Office Manager, you'll play a critical role in supporting daily operations, including:

✅ Managing day-to-day office administration and operations

✅ Processing payroll accurately and on time

✅ Handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

✅ Maintaining company financial records using QuickBooks Online

✅ Tracking and analyzing job costing and project expenses

✅ Reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports

✅ Working closely with management, vendors, customers, and employees

✅ Supporting HR and employee record management

✅ Helping improve processes and keep the office operating efficiently

What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience with QuickBooks Online
Payroll processing experience
Strong understanding of AP/AR procedures
Experience with job costing
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities independently
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office skills
