Compensation:

$120,555 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

Build and grow your own client base.
Help individuals and families plan for retirement, protection, education, and wealth accumulation.
Provide customized insurance and financial solutions.
Develop your expertise through ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications:

Experience in financial services, insurance, or a related field.
Ability to build and maintain a strong client base through networking and relationship-building.
Proven track record of providing customized financial solutions to meet diverse client needs.
Strong understanding of retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and protection strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with industry trends.
Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team environment in West Texas.
Must live in the Lubbock area.
