Full Job Description

About Us:
Campos School Portraits is a fast-growing school photography company serving schools throughout Texas and Eastern New Mexico. We pride ourselves on professionalism, efficiency, and top-quality service to our clients. We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team and take ownership of our office and production lab operations.

Position Overview:
As the Office Administrator, you will play a key role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly. This is an in-office role that involves everything from professional communication to hands-on production tasks. You'll be the hub of coordination for our photography team, school clients, and production workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Professionally respond to emails and phone calls from school administrators, customers, and business partners
Coordinate communication with potential clients and companies we collaborate with
Perform accurate data entry and manage digital files
Crop and prepare photos for printing
Print, package, and organize photo orders with attention to detail
Prepare necessary documents, forms, and materials for upcoming photoshoots
Maintain a clean and organized production area
Assist with other administrative or operational tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, etc.)
Comfortable with basic computer tasks, data entry, and file management
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Previous administrative, office, or customer service experience is a plus
Experience with Adobe Photoshop is a bonus
Familiarity with photography or photo editing is a bonus but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Schedule:

10 hour shift
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
No weekends

Education:

Associate (Required)

Experience:

Desktop administration: 3 years (Required)
Microsoft Office: 3 years (Required)
Google Workspace: 3 years (Required)
Customer service: 3 years (Required)

Language:

Spanish (Preferred)
