You will assist clients with their needs and answer their questions as required. You will answer phones when needed. You will need a deep knowledge of payroll for our business clients. Tax knowledge is a big plus! Your expertise will help drive financial integrity and support strategic decision-making across the organization. Also, we all help with maintaining the cleanliness of the office. This is a small, three person office where we all work together and help when there is a need. We strive to offer the very best customer service and explain, in English, the requirements a business has to stay in tuned with the law of the IRS and states.
