About AmeriBrade
AmeriBrade is a rapidly growing precision CNC manufacturing company serving the aerospace, defense, and industrial markets. We specialize in precision machining, fabrication, and production manufacturing for customers who demand quality, communication, and quick turnaround.
We currently operate between our Hesperia facility and our Oak Hills machining facility. Over the next few months, we'll be moving into a significantly larger manufacturing facility in Apple Valley as we continue expanding our team, equipment, and capabilities.

The Position
We're looking for a Production Planner / Manufacturing Coordinator to become the organizational hub of our shop.
Your mission is simple:
Keep production moving.
You'll coordinate purchasing, machining, fabrication, outside processing, shipping, and customer communication to ensure jobs flow through the shop efficiently and nothing falls through the cracks.
This is not an entry-level administrative position. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, thinking ahead, and taking ownership.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and prioritize production
- Release work orders to the shop
- Order raw materials and purchased components
- Coordinate outside processing (anodize, heat treat, passivation, plating, etc.)
- Track every job from PO to shipment
- Communicate delivery schedules with customers
- Expedite vendors and outside processing when needed
- Coordinate daily with machining and fabrication departments
- Help build and improve production systems as we continue to grow
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

- Manufacturing or machine shop experience
- ERP / MRP software
- Purchasing

- Blueprint reading
