About Us:

We are a client-focused, community-oriented accounting firm providing high-quality tax and financial services to individuals, businesses, and nonprofits. We are looking for a detail-oriented, motivated Accountant to join our growing team with potential for future partnership opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Prepare federal and state tax returns for individuals, businesses, and non profit organizations.
Prepare monthly and quarterly payroll tax filings
Conduct financial reviews
Assist with audit cleanup
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements
Perform QuickBooks data entry and account cleanup
Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure quality service and compliance with all tax regulations

Qualifications:

Education/CPA Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting and the ability to obtain CPA license
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Future Opportunity:

Candidates have to obtain CPA license to be considered for potential future partnership opportunities within the firm.
