Full Job Description

Description

Bulkley Richardson is seeking a smart, motivated, detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our busy accounting department. This role will work closely with a collaborative and supportive accounting team responsible for billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, client intake, general ledger entries, and reporting. This position reports to the Controller.

Qualified candidates will be conscientious professionals with strong communication and customer service skills, a solid work ethic, and a team-oriented approach.

Requirements

· Minimum two years of experience in staff accounting/bookkeeping or an associate’s degree in accounting.

· Proficiency with MS Office.

· Strong working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets

· Experience with accounting software

· Detail oriented, able to multi-task and meet deadlines effectively

Schedule, Compensation and Benefits

· In-office, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (37.5 hours/week)

· Hourly rate range is $25.00 to $29.00 per hour commensurate with experience
