Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring the efficient operation of daily office functions by providing administrative support, data entry, coordinating schedules, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Minimum 2 years of recent office and customer service experience.
Valid Driver's License required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other office software.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Major Duties

Greet visitors, answer phones, and respond to inquiries.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and departmental activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
