Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development Center Manager to lead our sales and customer engagement efforts. This pivotal role involves managing a dynamic team, developing strategic sales pipelines, and fostering strong relationships to drive high-end sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a passion for outside sales, and a knack for negotiation. As a key leader, you will oversee daily operations, implement effective marketing strategies, and ensure outstanding customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence our business expansion while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly targets through effective coaching and support
Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline by identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships
Conduct high-level negotiations with dealership partners and corporate clients to secure profitable deals
Oversee outbound sales initiatives, including cold calling campaigns and outreach efforts to generate leads
Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, monitor performance metrics, and optimize sales strategies
Coordinate inventory management and inventory control processes to ensure product availability aligns with sales goals
Deliver compelling public speaking presentations at industry events and client meetings to promote services and build brand awareness

Experience

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or high-end retail sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively
Experience managing a sales pipeline using CRM tools or similar software platforms
Background in dealership or automotive sales is highly desirable, along with familiarity with inventory management and retail math
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging diverse client bases
Excellent organizational skills combined with outstanding communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential
Prior experience in outbound sales, upselling techniques, and customer service roles will be highly valued
