We are a premier custom pool and outdoor living company in Columbia SC seeking a motivated, results-driven Pool Design Consultant to sell high-end residential projects. This is an opportunity to combine consultative sales with creative design while helping homeowners transform their backyards into extraordinary outdoor living spaces.

You will meet with homeowners, uncover their goals, lifestyle, and budget, and guide them through the process of creating a custom outdoor environment tailored specifically to their needs.

We design more than pools—we create places where life happens, and memories are made.

Compensation & Benefits

Draw against commission available during training and onboarding
Uncapped commission structure

Significant income potential for motivated sales professionals

Expected earnings: Most successful consultants can expect to earn $80,000–$150,000+ annually, with top performers exceeding that range. During the onboarding period, we offer a draw against future commissions to provide income stability while you learn our systems, products, and design process.

Ideal Candidate

Proven success in sales, in-home sales, construction sales, luxury products, real estate, or other consultative sales environments
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Comfortable working independently and managing a sales pipeline
Professional appearance and presentation skills
Excited to learn a specialized design and sales process

Responsibilities

Take input, understand the vision, and discuss budget expectations from clients and translate that into a design solution and contract for review.
Design and present custom pool concepts using the design software provided
Guide clients through the full sales process from consultation to contract
Build trust and rapport while confidently leading the sale
Collaborate with our construction and project management team to ensure a seamless client experience.
Communicate often with homeowners regarding progress and define expectations via text, phone, and video.
