Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach, to promote various insurance products.
Assist in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clients.
Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance options such as health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance.
Conduct client consultations to explain policy features, benefits, and coverage options clearly and transparently.
Support sales administration activities by maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and processing client documentation efficiently.
Negotiate policy terms with clients while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and company guidelines.
Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improve sales techniques.

Qualifications

Previous experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is highly desirable.
Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages (bilingual or multilingual candidates preferred).
Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
Knowledge of insurance products including health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite, and sales administration processes.
Analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options effectively.
Understanding of insurance regulation standards such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) is advantageous.
Ability to work independently in outside sales environments while collaborating within a team setting.
