Full Job Description

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year!

Full-time W-2 employment
Competitive compensation and benefits package
In-person position serving multiple schools

Collaborative, supportive school-based environment

Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals.
Complete evaluations, documentation, and progress reports.
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Travel between school sites within the district as needed.
Provide supervision and support to a COTA in accordance with state and district guidelines

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist License
Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to maintain compliant documentation and manage caseload responsibilities
Required state and district clearances
