Scheduling/healthcare experience a plus – not required, we'll train the right person

-You MUST be able to:

Be on-call some evenings/weekends when a shift falls through
Travel locally when the job calls for it
Juggle five things at once and staying calm on the phone

-Your Job Duties:

Coordinate caregiver schedules to keep care consistent
Match caregivers to clients based on skills, availability, and fit
Provide on-call support evenings/weekends as needed
Travel locally to support operations when needed
Communicate clearly and compassionately with caregivers, clients, and families
Problem-solve scheduling curveballs with a calm, steady approach
