Full job description

We are looking for a responsible Billing Clerk preferably with some bookkeeping experience, to perform a variety of clerical/administrative tasks. This position is available for full time hours between 8AM-5PM.

Duties are billing customers and include providing support and assisting in daily accounting office needs. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools such as Microsoft Office. Knowledge of QuickBooks online is a plus. Ultimately, a successful individual, a team player, should ensure the efficient and smooth day to day operations of our organization. If you have previous experience in accounting or billing we would like to meet you.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Invoicing customers, heavy billing in QuickBooks online.

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Working knowledge of office equipment, like printer and faxes

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)

Knowledge of import/export a plus

Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem solving

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Proven experience in data entry a plus

Some accounting experience or billing experience preffered

Job type: Full-time, exempt, hourly. Compensation commensurate with experience.
