Job Overview

Dream Bigger ABA is seeking a dynamic and clinically driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead behavioral assessment and intervention services for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities.

We operate with small, manageable caseloads and a 20% supervision model, allowing you to focus on quality clinical care — not rushing from client to client to meet hours. Our structure supports meaningful outcomes, ethical practice, and sustainable workloads.

You will collaborate closely with families, RBTs, and our Director of Clinical Operations to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments (including FBA and skills assessments)
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans using ABA principles
Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs to ensure treatment fidelity
Analyze data and adjust programming to ensure measurable progress
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other providers to promote generalization across settings
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations
Participate in intake, reassessments, and interdisciplinary care coordination

Qualifications

Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
Active Virginia LBA required
Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
Strong understanding of ABA methodology and data-driven decision making
Commitment to ethical practice and clinical excellence
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
