Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office environment. In this vital role, you will coordinate administrative activities, manage office supplies, and ensure smooth communication across departments. Your leadership will foster an efficient, welcoming workspace that supports our team’s productivity and success. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills to handle a variety of administrative tasks with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette.
Oversee office supplies inventory, place orders as needed, and maintain organized filing systems for easy access to documents.
Coordinate calendar management and scheduling for employees, meetings, appointments, and company events.
Handle data entry tasks accurately.
Provide exceptional customer service by supporting client communication and assisting with inquiries promptly.
Maintain office equipment, troubleshoot technical issues and schedule routine maintenance
Requirements
Dental office experience is preferred.
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry processes.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle phone communication professionally.
Strong computer skills including technical proficiency in office productivity software and general computer literacy.
Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
