Full Job Description

Your future role at a glance:

Location: Panama City, Florida

Facility: Ascension Sacred Heart

Department/Specialty: Administration

Salary: Eligible for an annual bonus incentive

How you'll make an impact in this role:

Formulate and oversee the organization's planning, policies and practices in collaboration with executive leadership.

Participate in development of the organization's vision, policies and short- and long-term objectives.
Develop, implement and monitor operating budgets for areas of responsibility.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and recommend cost effective and efficient solutions.
Serve as liaison between Board of Directors, executive leadership, management, stakeholders, financial institutions, and regulatory agencies.

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Education:

Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.

Work Experience:

10 years of experience required.
15 years of experience preferred.
5 years of leadership or management experience preferred

What additional requirements you'll need:

Growth-oriented executive with a demonstrated ability to scale organizations and drive business performance.
High-energy leader who excels in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Proven champion of quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Broad COO experience encompassing operations, quality, process improvement, and growth strategy.
Ability to align people, processes, and performance to achieve sustainable business growth.
