Dental CAD/CAM Lab Technician (Digital Design & Manufacturing)

Full-Time (Part-Time will be considered) | Advanced Implant & Restorative Practice

About Us

We are a modern, fully digital dental practice and laboratory focused on advanced restorative and implant dentistry. Our workflow is centered around precision, efficiency, and high-end esthetics, with a strong emphasis on full-arch rehabilitation and digitally driven treatment planning.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Dental CAD/CAM Lab Technician with experience in digital design and manufacturing workflows.

You will work closely with our clinical team, participating directly in case planning and execution, from digital design through final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Design restorations using Exocad (full-arch, crowns, bridges, veneers)
Manage and execute full CAD/CAM workflows from design to final production
Operate and maintain dry and wet milling machines
Fabricate restorations using materials such as:
Zirconia
e.max
Empress
Finish, stain, glaze, and polish restorations to high esthetic standards
Collaborate chairside with doctors for case planning, adjustments, and delivery
Assist in improving and optimizing digital workflows within the lab and clinic
Maintain quality control and consistency across all cases

Qualifications

Strong experience with Exocad (required)
Solid understanding of digital dentistry workflows (CAD/CAM)
Experience with milling units (dry & wet systems)
Proven ability in finishing and polishing high-end restorations
Experience with full-arch implant cases is highly preferred
Detail-oriented with a strong eye for esthetics and occlusion
Comfortable working in a clinic-integrated lab environment
Team player with strong communication skills
