Join Our Team as a Total Wireless Guest Advocate!

Are you outgoing, tech-curious, and love helping people? Join our dynamic retail team as a Total Wireless Guest Advocate and become the friendly face customers look forward to seeing! In this energetic role, you’ll help guests discover the latest wireless technology while delivering outstanding service in a fun, supportive environment.

No experience? No problem! We provide full training to set you up for success. If you bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, we’ll teach you the rest. If you have retail or customer service experience, even better! Plus, we offer a bonus program for high performers, so your hard work truly pays off —and plenty of opportunities to grow within the company!

What You’ll Do

Welcome every customer with enthusiasm and a smile, creating a warm and inviting store atmosphere
Assist customers in choosing wireless devices, accessories, and plans that fit their needs
Demonstrate products and explain features in a clear, friendly way
Handle sales transactions, POS systems, payments, and cash accurately
Identify opportunities to upsell products and services that add value for customers
Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing through proper merchandising
Stock shelves and help manage inventory to ensure product availability
Answer customer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied
Support daily store operations and work collaboratively with your team
Communicate professionally with customers in-store, over the phone, or digitally
Assist in mentoring new team members as needed and promote a positive team environment

What We’re Looking For

Spanish speakers are a must — you’ll be helping our diverse customer community
No prior retail experience required — we will train you!
Retail or customer service experience is a plus
A positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning about wireless technology
Strong communication and people skills
Leadership or supervisory experience is a bonus, but not required
Comfort with basic math, cash handling, and customer service
