Job Description

Work-from-Home Inbound Sales Specialist

RUI is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Work-from-Home Inbound Sales Specialists. In this role, you will assist both new and existing customers with service-related sales opportunities involving internet, phone, and cable services. This position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to provide effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Our goal is to deliver an excellent customer experience while helping customers identify products and services that best meet their needs.

Work-from-Home Requirements

Open availability required, including weekdays and weekends. Employees will receive two scheduled days off during the week.
Dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions or background noise.
Private workspace suitable for webcam use. Employees are required to remain on camera during training, nesting, and production environments.
Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of:
- 100 Mbps download
- 25 Mbps upload
Internet speed should be tested at:
- Speedtest.net
Must have access to a cell phone and wired headset.
Company-issued laptop will be provided.
T-Mobile ISP is currently not supported.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

(Additional duties may be assigned as needed.)

Build and maintain positive relationships with both new and existing customers.
Handle inbound calls related to upgrades, promotions, customer retention, and win-back opportunities.
Present products and services using approved sales scripts and call flows.
Listen to customer concerns and identify appropriate solutions.
Use empathy, professionalism, and rapport-building techniques to address customer needs and improve the customer experience.
Maintain a working knowledge of company products and services.
Accurately document customer interactions and update information within CRM systems.
Meet quality assurance (QA) and compliance standards.
Comply with all applicable company, client, federal, and state confidentiality and data security requirements.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Previous sales and/or customer service experience preferred, including call center or direct sales experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfortable working in a goal-oriented sales environment.
Proficient with technology, including email, internet browsers, and data management systems.
Ability to multitask and adapt within a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong customer service skills, including empathy, patience, and responsiveness.
