What You'll Do

As a Travel Sales Consultant, you'll guide clients through every stage of their travel journey—from the first conversation through their return home.

Building meaningful relationships with prospective and existing clients through thoughtful, consultative conversations.
Discovering each client's travel goals, preferences, budget, and expectations before making personalized recommendations.
Recommending escorted tours, river cruises, ocean cruises, and vacation experiences that best fit each client's needs.
Managing a pipeline of warm inbound sales opportunities while maintaining timely and consistent follow-up.
Preparing quotes, presenting pricing, securing reservations, and confidently guiding clients through the booking process.
Enhancing travel experiences through personalized recommendations, including travel protection, hotel accommodations, air arrangements, cabin upgrades, and other vacation enhancements.
Maintaining accurate client documentation and booking information using company systems.
Participating in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development to continually expand your product knowledge and sales skills.

How You'll Succeed

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
2–3 years of consultative, inside sales, relationship-based sales, or equivalent client-facing experience with a demonstrated track record of success.
Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline, prioritize opportunities, and consistently follow through on client commitments.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and establish long-term client relationships.
Demonstrated customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and creating outstanding client experiences.
Highly coachable with a willingness to receive feedback, continuously improve, and adapt to new processes and technologies.
Proficient with computers, web browsers, (Google Chrome) and web-based business applications, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity, organization, and accountability.
Must successfully complete the Company's remotely proctored Computer and Web Navigation Skills Assessment as part of the pre-employment process.
100% work from home position (full-time position - must reside in Florida)

Travel industry experience is a plus, but it isn't required.
