Full Job Description

At GR Facial Wax and Lash, our Front Desk Associate is the first and last impression every client has of our spa. This role goes beyond answering phones and scheduling appointments—it is about creating a warm, luxury experience while supporting the daily operations of the business.

The ideal candidate is professional, organized, friendly, sales-minded, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Welcome every guest with a warm, professional attitude.
Check clients in and out efficiently.
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.
Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, emails, and online inquiries.
Recommend services, memberships, and retail products based on clients' needs.
Process payments, gift cards, memberships, and gratuities accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Help manage client records and appointment notes.
Support the estheticians and lash artists to ensure appointments run smoothly.
Follow up with clients regarding appointments, reviews, and rebooking.
Assist with inventory, retail displays, and merchandising.
Handle client concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed.
Help maintain the high standards and reputation of GR Facial Wax and Lash.

Qualifications

Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using computers and scheduling software (experience with Booker is a plus).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude with a professional appearance.
Sales and retail experience is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
