Greenlane is looking for an experienced District Manager to help lead our next stage of growth.

We opened our first restaurant in 2023. Today, we have five locations across Tampa Bay, our sixth location is opening later this year, and we're continuing to build momentum.

Why This Opportunity Is Different

We're looking for someone who loves being in the restaurants and working with people.

This isn't a role where you'll spend your days sitting in an office reviewing reports.

You'll spend your time coaching General Managers, supporting restaurant teams, solving problems, improving results, visiting locations, and helping prepare Greenlane for continued growth.

You'll have a direct impact on our restaurants, our people, and the future of the company.

What You'll Do

Lead and develop General Managers across multiple locations
Build strong teams and strong leaders
Drive sales growth and profitability
Support restaurant operations and execution
Improve guest experience and operational performance
Help recruit, hire, and retain great people
Support future restaurant openings
Help build a positive, high-accountability culture

What We're Looking For

Required

3+ years of multi-unit quick-service management experience
Drive-thru restaurant experience
Experience leading General Managers
Strong operational and financial management skills
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Safe and clean driving record
Ability to travel regularly between locations

Preferred

Drive-thru multi-unit management restaurant experience
Experience opening new restaurants
Based in the Tampa Bay market

Compensation

$80,000 to $85,000 annual salary
Annual performance bonus
Medical, dental, and vision insurance
Two weeks of paid vacation annually
Monthly vehicle allowance
