Bookkeeper

In Office Position (Not Remote)

Burch Dental Partners is seeking a Bookkeeper to join our growing support team. Whether you're early in your accounting career, recently completed accounting coursework, or have hands-on experience managing finances, we are willing to train the right person who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to grow.

Schedule

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
30-Minute Lunch Break

What You'll Do

Maintain financial records within QuickBooks
Assist with bank reconciliations
Prepare and enter journal entries
Review and categorize financial transactions
Communicate with vendors and financial institutions
Support accounting projects and process improvements
Help ensure financial information remains accurate, organized, and up to date

What We're Looking For

Ability to maintain confidentiality
Dependable and self-motivated
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred (But Not Required)

Accounting degree, certificate, or coursework
QuickBooks experience
Experience working in an office environment
Exposure to bookkeeping, accounting, or finance

No previous bookkeeping experience? That's okay. We are willing to train the right person who is eager to learn and grow.
