We're looking for a Client Services Coordinator who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and keeping projects moving. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As a key member of our Client Services team, you'll help ensure our clients receive exceptional support while keeping promotional programs running smoothly. You'll:

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing responsive, professional communication.
Process and manage customer orders using our ERP system.
Review and validate program submissions to ensure they meet client requirements.
Research and resolve issues quickly, communicating solutions clearly and effectively.
Partner with teammates across the organization to support client projects and identify process improvements.
Maintain accurate records and manage data within multiple systems and databases.
Prepare reports and manage daily tasks using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Qualifications

Two or more years of experience in client services, customer service, account management, administrative support, or a related role.
Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with ERP systems or databases is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
