Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our dining experience. As the Head Chef, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and innovative dishes that delight our guests. Duties

Develop and implement creative menus that align with the restaurant’s concept, emphasizing fine dining standards and guest satisfaction
Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth shift management and efficient workflow
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
Oversee food production processes, maintaining consistency, presentation, and quality across all dishes
Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste through effective food management practices
Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures to guarantee guest safety
Coordinate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and ensure menu flexibility for all guests
Oversee catering events and banquet services, ensuring timely preparation and impeccable presentation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with health standards
Collaborate with restaurant management on menu planning, pricing strategies, and service improvements

Qualifications

Proven experience in fine dining environments with strong culinary skills and leadership capabilities
Extensive banquet experience with a track record of successful large-scale event execution
Supervising experience managing diverse kitchen teams in fast-paced settings
Background in food production, catering, restaurant management, or hospitality industry roles
Knowledge of inventory management, inventory control techniques, and food cost analysis
Expertise in food safety standards, proper food handling practices, and sanitation protocols
Strong cooking skills combined with excellent kitchen management abilities
Experience in menu planning, shift management, and food service operations
Familiarity with bartending is a plus for creating complementary beverage pairings
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment
